WHAT WE DO
Our job is to provide legal services to Florida homeowners and business owners who have suffered a loss to their property and hold an insurance policy protecting for that loss. Florida being a coastal and tropical environment homeowners often deal with water, flood, and hurricane damage. Or the damage may be caused by isolated events involving wind, rain, hail, plumbing leaks, broken water lines, roof leaks, sewage backups or other accidental events outside of the policyholders control. Often, this work is covered under an insurance policy. Services must be performed immediately to mitigate the damage to the insureds property.
The homeowner/businessowner should also report the claim as soon as the loss is discovered. Once that claim is filed the insurance company has a duty to properly adjust the loss submit payment to the insured. In many circumstances the insurance company will rightfully honor the policy and pay the homeowner what is rightfully owed. Unfortunately, in some instances the insurance company is not willing to pay the claim so easily, forcing the homeowner to seek outside counsel.
In that instance, we are here to assist. Our goal is to obtain a cheap, fast, and pain-free settlement for our clients. By allowing us to fight the insurance company when a dispute arises, it frees our clients up to continue living their life without the burden of wrestling with their insurance company.
